Comes in a nice glass jar and a good amount, haven't been using it long enough to see any benefits but as my dog is sensitive to fish should be a good alternative to fish oil

Nannochloropsis sp. is unique among micro-algae varieties due to the concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids, in particular omega-3’s, that it contains. Omega-3 is essential for cognitive and physical wellbeing. It cannot be produced naturally in the body and must therefore be consumed through food or supplements.
