Delivery
- Ireland and Northern Ireland: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Thursday, and for orders to be delivered to your address within 48 hours. Orders dispatched on a Friday are typically delivered the following Monday.

Outside of Ireland and Northern Ireland: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Thursday. Delivery can take 3-5 working days. Orders dispatched on a Friday may take longer.
- By law, all orders must be delivered within 30 days unless we agree otherwise.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email. On the day of delivery, you’ll also receive a text or email from FedEx or DPD with an estimated delivery time.
- Please note that delays can occasionally happen during busy times such as Christmas, Black Friday, Bank Holidays or other holiday periods. We appreciate your patience during these times and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- In certain circumstances, orders may be delayed without prior notification.Â
Delivery Responsibility
- Please make sure someone is available to receive your parcel, or that you have a safe place for it to be left that you have agreed upon with the courier.
- For frozen / temperature control orders, our couriers will leave without a signature i.e. garden, porch, doorstep. As the contents are perishable they should not be returned to depot, unless there is no garden, porch, etc. Our temperature control boxes keep everything within safe temperatures for up to 48 hours.
- If delivery cannot be completed and the order is returned to the depot, you will need to collect it or arrange with the courier for re-delivery.
- If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected, we will refund the order minus the original delivery charge and any return fees applied by the courier. If you’d like us to resend the order, a new delivery fee will apply.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you only once the goods are delivered to you, or to a person or safe place you have nominated.
- Delivery Instructions: Our system is automated, so we cannot add delivery notes to your parcel. If you’d like to leave instructions, please use the DPD or FedEx app/website, or leave a note on your door. These requests are at the driver’s discretion, and drivers are only required to leave the parcel within the boundaries of your property if you are not there.
Liability
- If tracking and courier photo evidence confirm a parcel has been delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for parcels that go missing afterwards. If you believe your parcel has been stolen, please report this to your local garda station.
- Please double-check your delivery details when ordering. If an address is entered incorrectly and the courier cannot deliver, we’re unable to replace or refund the order.
- If you ask the courier to change your delivery address or date after dispatch, this is at your own risk and responsibility.
Events Beyond Our Control
Very occasionally, delays happen that are outside our control (for example, courier strikes, extreme weather, customs delays, or other force majeure events). If this happens, we’ll keep you updated and work with the courier to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
