This balm has quite a strong smell, the humans find it pleasant, but our dogs are a little put off by it. Seems to be keeping their paws from cracking in this very wet weather, when they are getting wet and dried numerous times per day. We apply it at bedtime, a little goes a long way.

A herbal balm to soothe and nourish dry and cracked noses and paws. 

Snout and Paw maintains healthy, moisturised, supple skin, whatever the weather. Keep those tootsies protected in all weathers - from walking on hot surfaces to cold, gritty, icy roads. 

Also great for use after canine sports competitions or a day’s work outdoors if your dog is a working dog.

Ingredients

Organic beeswax, olive oil, coconut oil: Moisturising and healing, this is a natural super ingredient! It is amazing for skin. It has antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties. It soothes and relieves irritated and dry skin. It can help fight bacterial infections, creating a protective barrier on the skin ensuring that moisture is not lost and does so without smothering and clogging up the pores. It is 100% natural and gentle yet very effective.

Chamomile: It is a powerful anti-inflammatory. It also contains trace amounts of potassium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, iron, and selenium. It is soothing, with added healing power and antimicrobial.

Calendula: This is simply an amazing herb with many qualities. It is antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial and therefore great to use on skin and is a useful treatment in healing wounds. It is exceptionally soothing, and aids a myriad of skin irritations. It is hydrating and reduces itching.

Lavender (Essential Oil): This is comforting (analgesic and relaxant), stimulates regeneration of skin tissue

I usually buy Darf coldpressed food, also excellent, but wanted to introduce a little bit more variety. My dog ( Gsd) truly loves this food and he is doing & looking well on it. So far so good. I personally like this for it is also coldpressed and I can combine it with raw meat and fish. The nuggets seem slightly more soft & moist than the Darf. My dog is still young & strong so it doesn't bother him either way but for an older dog I think this would be a great choice. Will try some other varieties next time. Only downside is that I would like to see better percentages fi. of the rice volume and wish it could have been brown rice instead of white!!

Golden paste greatly helped our Malinois both with allergies/scratrching and recovering from joint damage after anaplasmosis. So much so, we just found out she will not need anticipated CCL surgery!
