Great product, excellent service

Very good

Our dog loves it. I prefer to use different cold pressed foods in rotation so he will get different proteins.

Chose this as ingredients look great.
Dog was very excited when she smelt it and I couldn't open the pack quick enough for her. She seems to love it and scoffs it. Early days so can't comment on anything else.

A game changer

Having 4 fussy dogs, I wasn't sure what to expect from DARF Wild Cold Pressed Dog Food. But the difference it has made is unreal. We now have 4 empty bowls every feeding time. All I can say to people is try it for your dogs, I know I won't be using any other food going forward !!

Best food we've tried

Both our dogs love this food. We have one fussy eater and DARF is the first food she looks excited for and we never have to coax her to eat. Poops have all been top quality too!!

Good dog food

This is a well balanced dog food but sadly my very choosy dog doesn’t like it, so I shall be giving it away. All the other dogs that I have given some to like it.

Great flavour options

After having her on the lamb thought I’d trial her on the wild, and it’s gone down an absolute treat. No mixer needed to entice her to eat it. Just weigh it out as very easy to over feed.

DARF’s Wild Cold Pressed Dog Food is a high-quality, minimally processed, dry food for dogs. 3.2kgs of fresh, raw meat is processed for each kilogram of this food, making it highly nutrient-dense and palatable, even to fussy eaters.

It retains more nutrients than most standard dry kibble, so it will help promote your dog’s wellness and give them all the essential nutrients and minerals they need.

What is cold-pressed dog food?

Cold pressed dog food differs from traditional dry dog food because of how the ingredients are processed. The ingredients in conventional dog food are extruded at high temperatures (around 120 degrees) and as a consequence, many nutrients are damaged or destroyed and don’t make it to your dog’s bowl.

In contrast, when food is Cold Pressed, the raw ingredients are processed gently and at much lower temperatures (around 80 degrees). As a result, the food retains more essential nutrients to support your dog’s health.

Another plus for cold pressed food is that it doesn’t expand in the dog’s stomach in the way that dry extruded food does – it simply dissolves when it enters the stomach. Because of this, cold pressed food is much less likely to cause bloat.

Great price

These are great for my raw food recipes. One big drawback though, is that you have to defrost them a little in order to separate them. If they were packaged differently you might be able to defrost portions as needed, which would definitely be healthier and more hygienic.
