Natural Dog Company Calming Supplement

More than 70% of domestic dogs display anxiety—if your dog is one of them, you’re not alone! Some dogs experience general anxiety, while some have specific triggers that make them nervous, fearful, or even aggressive. Anxiety is not fun for anyone, but these Calming chews are formulated specifically to take the edge off so your dog can get back to living their best life.

The Natural Dog Company's Calming chews harness the soothing properties of organic hemp flour, chamomile, valerian root, passionflower, L-tryptophan, and melatonin to help relieve anxiety and calm hyperactivity. They work best when given daily at the recommended dose, but you can also give a normal dose just before a scary situation to help your dog remain calm.

Best of all (at least when we asked the dogs), the peanut butter and bacon flavour of these chews means they’re also a tasty treat that dogs love!

Key Benefits

  • To calm anxiety caused by loud noises such as thunderstorms, fireworks, or neighbourhood sounds
  • To help a dog with separation anxiety adjust to being alone
  • To keep your dog from reacting negatively to strange dogs or people in crowded situations
  • At large gatherings where dogs may get overstimulated
  • Before a vet visit, to ensure your dog is relaxed and cooperative
  • When travelling, to keep your dog cool and collected in strange environments and during long car rides
  • Help your nervous dog find their inner zen
  • While training a reactive dog, to keep them focused on learning rather than their triggers

Really like the ingredients. I hope these supplements will help my dog live a long, happy, and comfortable life.
But, to be honest, my dog doesn’t really like them, probably some ingredient doesn’t taste good.
He is a very picky eater.

Have been using it two months now and no complaints. Dog loves it, coat looks amazing. Minimal stools and very little smell. The freshness of the food is ideal and stays fresh until bag is empty

Wanted a smaller kibble for my large dog

I bought this food for my large breed dog as I wanted a smaller kibble to make it go further in food scattering and so on. This kibble is really small! But my dog bites each individual kibble just as she did the bigger one, and now we get much more fun from feeding time, it feels like she has double the portion even if it's the same amount in weight.

Cookie has some belly issues that came with age

Cookie has some belly issues that came with age and since I added this food he seems much better. We will mix it with some fresh food for variety but so far I am content.

Great chews (especially if frozen)!

I cut these trachea “tubes” in half and they make a great chew for my dogs! Sometimes I stuff them (who needs a Kong?) and have even fed entire meals stuffed in a trachea and then frozen. Defrosted they tend to get swallowed in large pieces and the dogs don’t get the chewing benefits, but overall they are a hit!
